Free Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS and takes 3-12 business days, depending on location and product mix. If Free Standard Shipping is selected, orders will be processed and shipped within four business days.
In addition to Free Standard Shipping, we also offer 2-day and overnight expedited shipping options, which are presented during the checkout process.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Orders are processed the same day Monday through Friday until 12 pm Pacific Time (PT). Expedited Shipping orders that are placed after 12 pm PT on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. Non-confection orders may be shipped to PO Boxes.

You may return, only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused, and re-sellable products, within 10 calendar days of shipment and proof of purchase reference number. It will be at the discretion of Lokahi Leaf LLC for a refund or product credit. If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. In rare cases, we might offer a product credit if the situation is relevant. If we have agreed to refund or credit you for a product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is an error on part of Lokahi Leaf LLC.
