Exploring Centenarians and their Lifestyle & Blue Zones

Lokahi Leaf is exploring the world's Blue Zones this spring/summer. We have chartered a boat and have set sail and looking to understand the benefits and mindset of the Blue Zones across the planet. These are geographic regions around the world that have people who live healthier lifestyles with exceptional longevity. Is it the fitness lifestyle, foods, cultural or religious belief system that drives the mindset. Those are the questions we will be exploring.
If you follow the blog you will know my personal journey for 2025! I have dropped weight, lost inches, built muscle, and prepared for this exploration at sea. I still have work to do but found my curiosity feeds my growth. I don't want to stop living out my dreams because I physically can't do something. Injuries have taught me that I thrive on being able to accomplish goals and be challenged. If Im not able to live out my dreams it truly steals part of my purpose for living. Iam also truly blessed to be surrounded by people who support my adventures and curiosity. Living Lokahi!
This is a lifelong journey that will never be over. If you are looking for a day that you can end fitness and eating habits you will always re-bounding in your progress. Again, it is your journey and will result in personal choices.
